We are a Fund Manager. Investors use our Services to participate in foremost the Nordic Credit Markets. Visitors to this site, in general, search for Corporate-, Market- or Fund information. Regardless of if a Visitor is an existing Investor or not, we consider all Visitors as Users of the information on this site. Any User who registers data on the site is a Registered User. Our Privacy Policy applies to all Registered Users.

This Privacy Policy applies to Impactfonden.se and Impactingfund.com. 

Data controllers  

PAM Capital AB is the acting Fund Manager and as such the Service Provider. The Service Provider will be the controller of your personal data provided to, or collected by or for, or processed in connection with our Services.

Changes to the Privacy Policy apply to our usage of your personal data after the “effective date.” The Service Provider (“we” or “us”) can modify this Privacy Policy, and if we make material changes to it, we  will provide notice through our web site. You acknowledge that your continued use of our Services after we  publish a notice about our changes to this Privacy Policy means that the collection, use and sharing of your  personal data is subject to the updated Privacy Policy.

We collect the data you provide on the website, such as when you fill out the preset Registration Form, to enable us to contact you regarding our Services.

To enable us to establish contact you must provide data including your name, email address, mobile number and determination of your investment statues via our Registration Form.

We collect personal data from you when you provide it to us via our web site, such as when you fill out the  preset Registration Form. Most important: You do not have to upload personal data to become an Investor in the Fund or in other ways use our Services; but that is the foremost straightforward way for us to establish contact with you.  

1.2 Service use 

We do not log usage data when you visit our website or our mobile site, regardless of if you are an Investor  or if you take part of our other Services. We do not use cookies, device information or internet protocol  (“IP”) addresses to identify you and log your use. 

1.3 Other 

We are improving our Services, which means we continuously create new data. In line with your interest to  receive information about our Services we will distribute this data to you via the contact information you  have provided. 

2. How we use your data 

We use the data that you have provided to inform you about our services. 

2.1 Marketing 

We promote our Services to you and to others. We use the data you have provided to us to inform you  about our Services, this information is of a general structure since we do not give you any financial advice regarding our Services. Such financial advice must be enabled through your financial adviser. We strongly  advice you to seek financial advice from a financial adviser before prescribing to our Services.

We seek to create economic growth for the users of our Services. The information gathered in the  communication we distribute may be selected from trusted third parties to perform our research, but we do  not allow third parties to participate in any distribution of data, scrutinize or handle any personal data that has been provided to us in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We monitor for and try to prevent security breaches. We regularly monitor our systems for possible  vulnerabilities and attacks. However, we cannot warrant the security of any information that you send us. There is no guarantee that data may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.

4.2. Cross-border data transfers 

We store and manage your data from Sweden. We distribute data related to our Services regardless of  where your contact data is domiciled and rely on legally provided mechanisms to lawfully transfer data  across borders. Countries where we process data may have laws which are different, and potentially not as  protective, as the laws of your own country.

We have lawful bases to collect and use the share that you have provided to us. You have choices about our  use of your data.
